Summer Performance Training for Student-Athletes

Excelling at your chosen sport is a year-round commitment. The Summer Performance Training at the Center for Sports Performance and Research in Foxboro helps high school and college athletes stay in peak condition between seasons. Led by experienced sports performance specialists, this four-week program bridges the gap between post-season recovery and pre-season training — helping student-athletes build strength, improve agility, and reduce injury risk for the schoolyear ahead.

This program is open to local high school students interested in staying in shape over the summer break with research-informed, supervised group strength training sessions.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This program consists of four weeks of high-intensity workouts, supervised by a sports performance specialist and tailored to your schedule.

Each one-hour session includes:

  • Plyometrics and conditioning to enhance responsiveness and endurance
  • Speed and agility drills to improve movement efficiency
  • Strength training to build power and resilience
  • Expert guidance from a dedicated strength and conditioning coach in a group setting, to help you feel supported and keep you motivated

Individual athlete assessments and team trainings are also available.
